Rhyl didn't do their European qualifying chances any good as a well organised Neath team kept Rhyl at bay despite ending the match with ten men.
The first half had 0-0 written all over it with few chances for both sides.
It was the visitors who had the first effort on target as Rhyl struggled to settle but once they did start putting pressure on Neath their organised defence were on hand to clear the majority of efforts although Matty Willams and Rob Turner both had good chances to score.
